McHugh, of Martinsville, son of Mrs. Carol McHugh Frusco and the late Robert F. McHugh of North Plainfield Mils Mushlitz is a graduate of Watchung Hills Regional High School "and is employed by the law firm of Lanigan, O'Connell, Jacobs Chaztn, PA. of Basking Ridge. Mr.

McHugh is a graduate of North Plainfield High School and the Somerset County Technical Institute. He is seli-employed. The couple is planning an April wedding. MRS EDWARD P. KMIECINSK1 Sharon Mantz Bride Of E.P.

Kmiecinski Miss Sharon Ann Mantz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Byron S. Mantz of Bedminster, was married on Oct. 2 to Edward Paul Kmiecinski, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Edward Z. Kmiecinski of Stirling. The ceremony was performed at St. Ann's Church, Raritart, by the Rev.

Anthony Gambino. A reception followed at the Holiday Inn in Bridgewater. Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Miss Frances Jerolaman of Bernardsville as her maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Pamela Cospito of Mt. Laurel, cousin of the bride, and Kathi Bailey of Lebanon.

Leo Marin III of Stirling served as best man. The ushers were Walter Maslo of Middlesex and Philip Mantz of Bedminster, brother of the bride. The bride attended Bernards High School, Bernardsville, and was graduated from Taylor Business Institute, Bridgewater. She is employed by M. Epstein Sons, Bridgewater.

She is the granddaughter of Joseph A. Cospito of Bridgewater and the late Anne M. Cospito and of Fred Mantz, Bridgewater and the late Lavona M. Mantz. The bridegroom is a graduate of Bayley-Ellard Regional High School, Madison, and attended Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He is a partner in Riker's Radio Television Service, North Plainfield. After a wedding trip to Canada, the couple will live in Stirling. Miss t'avretti To Marry James MacDonald Mr and Mrs. Rudy J. Favretti of Storrs, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Emily Favretti, to James Robert MacDonald of Basking Ridge.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Wear MacDonald Jr. of Kenilworth, 111. Miss Favretti is a graduate of Cornell University with a major in art.

She presently resides in Whitehouse Station. Her graduate from Cornell and holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. He is products manager for Apollo Technologies in Whippany. No date has been set for the wedding.

Nolan of Maplewood. Miss Weingaertner is a graduate of Mendham High School and the County College of Morris. She is employed by Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals Division and is a part-time student at the College of St. Elizabeth. Mr.

Nolan is a graduate of Columbia High School Maplewood, and Rutgers University. He is also employed by Ciba-Geigy as a financial analyst. A May wedding is planned. DEBORAH ERICSON Mr. and Mrs.

David Ericson of Bedminster announce the engagement of their daughter, Deborah Marie Ericson, to Bruce Karl Madden, son of Mrs. Margaret Madden of Toms River and Mr. Leland Madden of Red Bank. Miss Ericson is a graduate of Bernards High School and Kutztown State College, where she received a B.S. degree in special education.

Mr. Madden is a graduate of Toms River High School South and Kutztown State College, where he also received a B.S. degree in special education. Both are employed at Jackson Regional Day School in New Jersey. Miss Ericson is a teacher in an autistic classroom, and Mr.

Madden teaches the emotionally dis turbed. A September, 1982, wedding is planned. Miss Hoatson Bride Of Bradley Powers Miss Nancy Ann Hoatson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Hoatson of Bernardsville, was married on Sept.

25 to Bradley Thomas Powers, son of Mrs. Emmett Powers of Bricktown and the late Mr. Powers. The ceremony was performed in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church by Msgr. John Tomey and was followed by a reception at the Regency House in Pompton Plains.

Linda Ann Powers, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and bridesmaids Include Elian Powers, Catheieeti ltue- cardi and Karon Parkinson. Wesley Powers served as his brother's best man. Ushers were Thomas Hoatson, Kevin Sullivan and Rex Parkinson. The bride is a graduate of Bernards High School and is employed at the Army Navy Store in Bernardsville. She is the granddaughter of Mr.

and Mrs. Nicholas Wasileski of Newburgh, NY. and Mrs. Robert Hoatson of Little Falls. Mr.

Powers is a graduate of Bricktown High School and is employed at Masonry Restoration Inc. in Roseland. He is the grandson of Mrs. Margaret McKenna of Bricktown. Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Clinton.
